Integration partner

Your prices, your staff and your clients already live in Meevo. Typing them into a website again is the job nobody wants and the first thing to go stale. Connect the two and it stops being a job.
Where the line is
We are not a Meevo replacement and have no interest in becoming one. Meevo is the system of record; everything on the right is what a salon needs outside it.

How it moves
Data comes out of Meevo and into your website. Nothing goes back. That is a design decision, not a limitation we plan to fix.
What crosses over
| Sync | Meevo endpoint | On your website |
|---|---|---|
| Services | /v1/services | Your price list, with categories, descriptions and durations. Meevo prices per stylist level, so each one arrives as a “from” price using the lowest — the honest number to show a stranger. |
| Team | /v1/employees | Your team page. Only the bio you have already marked as visible online, and anyone with a termination date is left out, so last year's leaver never reappears. |
| Clients | /v1/clients | Your own client list, with names, email addresses and phone numbers — the audience Email Campaigns will write to. |
| Locations | /v1/locations | Fetched for you. A tenant can hold several stores; you tick the ones this website covers and the rest are ignored. |
| Appointments | /v1/appointments | Today's book beside the rest of your website admin, refreshed every hour on its own. Read-only, like everything else — a booking is still made and changed in Meevo. Free slots are looked up live instead of copied, because an hour-old free slot is one somebody may already have taken. |
The rules we hold to
Handing a website company access to your salon system is a reasonable thing to hesitate over. These are the limits, and they are in the code rather than in a promise.
The integration asks Meevo for read permission and nothing else. There is no write path in the code, so nothing we do can change an appointment, a client record or a price in Meevo.
It adds what is new and updates what changed. A service that disappears from Meevo is hidden on the website, not destroyed — a sync that can empty a salon's site is a sync nobody presses twice.
A newly synced service or stylist is not published until you say so. Nothing reaches your live site because somebody pressed a button.
A better description, or a price you overrode, is what visitors see until a newer version arrives from Meevo.
Someone who opts out of email stays out, whatever a later sync says. That rule is in the database, not in somebody's memory.
Requests are paced under their 60-a-minute ceiling, and every sync reports what it spent against the daily allowance. You are never billed for an overage you could not see coming.
Getting connected
The wait is Meevo’s — API credentials come through their partner process, usually a few business days. You can build the rest of your website while it runs.
Email your account manager and say you want Public API access for a website integration. Ask for read access to Business, Services, Employees and Clients — that is everything we use, and no write permission is needed.
The App Id and App Secret from the Welcome package Meevo sends, plus your Tenant Id. Saving them tests them straight away, and your locations are fetched for you.
The buttons sit on the Services, Team and Clients screens. Review what came across, publish what you want, and your site is done.
Worth knowing before you start
Free for 3 months. No card, no setup call, and nothing about how your salon runs has to change.
