Gloss FrontWebsites for salonsMeevo, powered by Millennium

Meevo runs your salon. We build the window people see.

Your prices, your staff and your clients already live in Meevo. Typing them into a website again is the job nobody wants and the first thing to go stale. Connect the two and it stops being a job.

Where the line is

Two systems, no overlap.

We are not a Meevo replacement and have no interest in becoming one. Meevo is the system of record; everything on the right is what a salon needs outside it.

Meevo, powered by Millennium
Runs the business
  • The appointment book — every booking is made and changed here
  • Point of sale, payments and the till
  • Client records, visit history and formulas
  • Staff, rotas, commission and payroll
  • Stock, retail and inventory
  • Memberships, packages and gift cards

Gloss Front

Runs the shop window
  • The public website, on six switchable layouts
  • Your price list as pages people can read and search
  • A team page with a short intro video from each stylist
  • Video and written reviews, from a QR card on the desk
  • SEO, schema markup and an AI writing assistant
  • Analytics — visits, and every Book Us click, by page

How it moves

One direction only.

Data comes out of Meevo and into your website. Nothing goes back. That is a design decision, not a limitation we plan to fix.

SourceMeevoThe front desk, unchanged. Your team carries on as they are.
On your say-soYou press SyncWhen you choose. Nothing runs behind your back and nothing is scheduled without you.
ResultYour websiteReview what arrived, publish when you are happy. A draft and live split means the site never moves until you say so.

What crosses over

Four things, and what each becomes.

SyncMeevo endpointOn your website
Services/v1/servicesYour price list, with categories, descriptions and durations. Meevo prices per stylist level, so each one arrives as a “from” price using the lowest — the honest number to show a stranger.
Team/v1/employeesYour team page. Only the bio you have already marked as visible online, and anyone with a termination date is left out, so last year's leaver never reappears.
Clients/v1/clientsYour own client list, with names, email addresses and phone numbers — the audience Email Campaigns will write to.
Locations/v1/locationsFetched for you. A tenant can hold several stores; you tick the ones this website covers and the rest are ignored.
Appointments/v1/appointmentsToday's book beside the rest of your website admin, refreshed every hour on its own. Read-only, like everything else — a booking is still made and changed in Meevo. Free slots are looked up live instead of copied, because an hour-old free slot is one somebody may already have taken.

The rules we hold to

What the integration will never do.

Handing a website company access to your salon system is a reasonable thing to hesitate over. These are the limits, and they are in the code rather than in a promise.

01

Read-only, always

The integration asks Meevo for read permission and nothing else. There is no write path in the code, so nothing we do can change an appointment, a client record or a price in Meevo.

02

A sync never deletes

It adds what is new and updates what changed. A service that disappears from Meevo is hidden on the website, not destroyed — a sync that can empty a salon's site is a sync nobody presses twice.

03

New things arrive hidden

A newly synced service or stylist is not published until you say so. Nothing reaches your live site because somebody pressed a button.

04

Your edits survive

A better description, or a price you overrode, is what visitors see until a newer version arrives from Meevo.

05

Unsubscribes are permanent

Someone who opts out of email stays out, whatever a later sync says. That rule is in the database, not in somebody's memory.

06

Inside Meevo's limits

Requests are paced under their 60-a-minute ceiling, and every sync reports what it spent against the daily allowance. You are never billed for an overage you could not see coming.

Getting connected

Three steps, and one wait.

The wait is Meevo’s — API credentials come through their partner process, usually a few business days. You can build the rest of your website while it runs.

1

Ask Meevo for API access

Email your account manager and say you want Public API access for a website integration. Ask for read access to Business, Services, Employees and Clients — that is everything we use, and no write permission is needed.

2

Paste three values

The App Id and App Secret from the Welcome package Meevo sends, plus your Tenant Id. Saving them tests them straight away, and your locations are fetched for you.

3

Press Sync

The buttons sit on the Services, Team and Clients screens. Review what came across, publish what you want, and your site is done.

Worth knowing before you start

What this does not do yet.

Not today
  • Live Meevo availability on the site. Your Book Us buttons open the booking tool you already use, in a new tab.
  • Booking into the Meevo calendar. Nothing is written back, so appointments are made where they are made today.
  • Automatic syncing on a schedule. You press the button.
Why it is listed here
  • A partner page that implies more than the code does costs more than the sale it wins.
  • Read-only availability is the next thing we would build, and the credentials this integration already holds are what it would use.
  • If any of it is what you actually need, say so — that is what decides the order.

Already on Meevo? Your website is mostly written.

Free for 3 months. No card, no setup call, and nothing about how your salon runs has to change.
