When we refund, when we do not, and how to ask. It is short because it is meant to be used.
Every account gets three months free from the day it is created. No card, nothing charged at the end unless you choose a plan. By the time you pay Gloss Front anything you have built your real website on the product, published it, and watched what it did — which is a far better test than any refund window.
That is also why the monthly answer is a plain no rather than a pro-rata calculation. A month costs less than an hour of a stylist and the free period already answered the question the refund would.
Billing, inside your admin. It takes one press and there is no retention call, no form, and nobody who will try to talk you out of it.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not delete anything — your site stays up until the period you paid for ends, and your content stays where it is. Deleting the account is a separate and deliberate action, described in the terms and conditions.
Please email us before raising one with your bank. A chargeback suspends the account automatically while it is investigated, which takes your website offline — and if the answer was going to be a refund anyway, that helps nobody.
Email support@glossfront.com from the address on your account. Say which charge, and whether you want the account cancelled as well. We answer refund requests before anything else in the inbox, and refunds go back to the card that paid.
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you rights beyond this page. Nothing here removes them.

This is a draft, not legal advice. It describes accurately how Gloss Front works today, which is the half a lawyer cannot write for us. It has not been reviewed by one, and it should be before Gloss Front relies on it.
