Do I have to change my booking software?
No - and we would rather you did not. You paste the link to whatever you already use, and every Book us button on your site opens it in a new tab. We add tracking tags so you can see us in your booking tool's own reports.
What happens to my content if I switch templates?
Nothing. Your services, photos, testimonials, blog posts and settings are stored separately from the design. Switching applies to a draft first, so you can preview it and publish only when you are happy - or revert with one click.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on every plan. You get two DNS records to paste into wherever you bought the domain, with a step-by-step guide for your provider and a live checker that turns green when it is working. The certificate is issued and renewed automatically.
Do I need to know anything about SEO?
No. Sitemaps, page titles, business markup and FAQ rich results are generated from what you have already entered. If you want more control it is all editable, and the AI tools will suggest improvements page by page.
Is the AI going to make things up about my salon?
It is not allowed to invent prices, awards, certifications or years in business - and everything it writes lands as a draft that you approve before it goes anywhere near your live site.
What if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. After that it comes down, and your content stays exactly where it is - nothing is deleted by cancelling. Deleting the account is a separate, deliberate action, and even then it is recoverable for thirty days.
Do you refund?
Annual plans are refunded in full within 30 days of the charge. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you have paid for. The details are on the refunds page.
